Service Description
Are you looking to add some extra magic to your child's Christmas this year? Santa's elves will be visiting doorsteps all over the UK on behalf of Santa himself! During each 15-minute visit, our elf will have all the important information about your child(ren), which will be requested at the time of booking. This year, Santa has sent his elves out for an important reason - to hand deliver some of his official 'Nice List' Certificates all the way from the North Pole! With all the excitement building, the elf will interact with each child, from finding out their favourite things about Christmas, through to telling them a little tale about how Santa's Reindeers were playing hide and seek and Santa found rudolph first because his shining red nose gave him away! With so much more to do before Christmas, the time will come to wish you all a Merry Christmas, before giving your child(ren) their own little gift bag from Santa himself, which includes a personalised handwritten letter, a Christmas story book and some reindeer food to sprinkle outside on Christmas eve! With one final Christmas farewell, Santa's elf will give each Child the opportunity to hand over their Christmas 'Wish List', to be hand delivered by the Elf to Santa himself (Please prepare before the visit!) IMPORTANT INFORMATION *To enquire/book please email kirsty@kfjbookings.co.uk with the Subject "Elf Doorstep Visit", including your visit address, preferred date and time, and how many Children there will be for the visit. *Prices depend on number of Children and Location *Christmas eve visits wont include collection of any wish lists, as Santa will already have presents ready to go on the sleigh! They will however include a reusable Santa Flask/Cup ready for their Christmas eve drink, before their all exciting Bedtime! *Dates between 01st December 2025 and 24th December 2025. If you would like an earlier date, please enquire. *24th December 2025 (Christmas Eve) has limited spaces and are charged at premium. *We have a number of Professional Elves - Image for example of some of our Performers.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings are payable upfront at time of booking; you will receive a payment invoice from KFJ Bookings via email once you have confirmed you would like to go ahead, reflecting the cost agreed. Your booking is not secured until payment is received. All bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable once payment has been made to secure, and all information provided to KFJ Bookings at time of booking cannot be changed (Childs name, address etc). This is because Santa's and his Elves work round the clock and upon booking confirmation they will get straight on with the preparation of documents for your personalised visit. In the event you would like to add an additional child, please email kirsty@kfjbookings.co.uk to check availability. Our Elves have to run a very tight schedule, however we do allow 10-minutes either side of your booking time for unexpected delays, if you arrive home/to your venue a little later than expected! And Santa kindly asks that you extend the same time flexibility to his Elves! However, if more than 10-minutes past your booking start time is exceeded and you are not at your provided arrival location, Santa's Elf will have to continue their travels. In such case a refund is not provided. In the very unlikely event KFJ Bookings has to cancel a booking, a full refund will be issued to you within 48 hours of you providing the relevant payment details to email address recruitment@kfjbookings.co.uk
